of Service

These Terms & Conditions (hereafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 7u7u7 (hereafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 7u7u7 website at https://7u7u7.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 7u7u7 platform immediately and close your account by contacting the support team. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

7u7u7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes that affect player rights or financial obligations will be communicated via platform notification where reasonably practicable.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the 7u7u7 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, crash games, and arcade titles. Product-specific rules supplement these Terms and do not replace them. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by 7u7u7.

The currency of the 7u7u7 platform is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless a player has selected a cryptocurrency deposit method, in which case the balance displayed reflects the equivalent BDT value at the time of deposit confirmation. 7u7u7 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of a cryptocurrency deposit and the time of any subsequent withdrawal.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on 7u7u7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where accessing an offshore gambling platform would constitute a criminal offence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of 7u7u7, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party — all accounts must be opened and operated by the account holder personally.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the 7u7u7 platform. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion that you have previously requested with 7u7u7.

7u7u7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any point. These documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, driving licence, or other official identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days of a request will result in temporary account restriction until verification is completed.

To access the full range of 7u7u7 services, including placing bets, depositing funds, and withdrawing winnings, you must register a personal account via the 7u7u7 Login page. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is entitled to hold only one account on the 7u7u7 platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7u7u7 will close all but one account (determined at 7u7u7's discretion), and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and the withholding of any funds pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 7u7u7 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 7u7u7 support team immediately.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 7u7u7 may charge an administrative inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month against inactive account balances after the 12-month threshold. Players will be notified via email prior to any fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed.

All financial transactions on 7u7u7 are handled through the Finance / Wallet section of the platform. The following payment methods are currently supported for players in Bangladesh:

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and may be updated periodically. Current limits are displayed within the Finance / Wallet section at the time of each transaction. 7u7u7 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 7u7u7 may require completion of account verification including submission of identity documents. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a method registered in the account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Currency and Exchange

The primary account currency on 7u7u7 is Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where a player deposits using cryptocurrency, the equivalent BDT value is credited based on the exchange rate applicable at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. 7u7u7 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal.

7u7u7 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh sporting and cultural events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid al-Fitr, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time the offer is displayed. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for any 7u7u7 bonus is 25x the bonus amount.

Bonus Validity Period

Bonuses are valid for a fixed period from the date of activation, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all games on the 7u7u7 platform contribute equally toward the wagering requirement of a bonus. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, depending on the specific promotion. Contribution rates will be listed in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse Policy

• Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts (bonus stacking across duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Placing bets at very low risk (for example, simultaneously betting on opposing outcomes) to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent constitutes bonus abuse.
• 7u7u7 uses automated systems to monitor wagering patterns. Where bonus abuse is identified, the platform reserves the right to void any winnings generated through abusive play and to close the account without notice.
• 7u7u7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or technical errors are identified.

As a registered player on the 7u7u7 platform, you agree to uphold the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the security of all players, and the lawful operation of 7u7u7 as an offshore gaming service.

• Accurate information: You will provide truthful and accurate personal information at registration and update your details promptly if they change.
• Personal use only: Your account is for your sole personal use. You will not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.
• Compliance with these Terms: You will read these Terms and any applicable product-specific rules and comply with them in full.
• Responsible gambling: You will use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic.
• Reporting security incidents: You will notify 7u7u7 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security vulnerability on the platform.
• No automated tools: You will not use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature of the 7u7u7 service.
• Lawful conduct: You will use the platform only for lawful purposes and will not use it in connection with any criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonuses and pending winnings, and permanent closure of your account. 7u7u7 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases involving financial fraud or other criminal conduct.

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on the 7u7u7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment chargeback after funds have been used for wagering on the platform.
• Match fixing: Attempting to profit from inside knowledge of a fixed sporting event, or participating in the fixing of any event offered in the 7u7u7 sportsbook.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live dealer tables or in any game format to gain an unfair collective advantage.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors will be voided.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity or documents.
• Automated betting: Using any bot, script, or automated program to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Circumventing restrictions: Using VPNs, proxy services, or other tools to circumvent geo-restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or account bans.

7u7u7 reserves the right to withhold all funds in an account under investigation for prohibited conduct for up to 180 days while the investigation is active. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the funds will be permanently forfeited. If the investigation is resolved in the player's favour, the funds will be released within 5 business days.

Either you or 7u7u7 may initiate the closure of your account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or administrative (platform-initiated).

Voluntary Account Closure

To close your account voluntarily, contact the 7u7u7 support team via live chat. Before closure, any active bonus balance will be removed. Any real-money balance remaining in the account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is deactivated, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Closure requests are processed within 72 hours.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a temporary self-exclusion (cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests activate within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. 7u7u7 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players. Administrative Suspension

7u7u7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is identified or suspected.
• A court order, regulatory request, or law enforcement directive requires account action.
• The account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months with a zero balance.

In cases of administrative suspension for breach of Terms, 7u7u7 is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation at the time of suspension, though an explanation will be provided upon written request where legally permissible. Any funds held in a suspended account will remain frozen until the investigation is concluded.
